Homework
Homework is given each night Mondays - Thursdays. There are two components to homework:

Math: two practice pages that review in class lessons and materials
-
Reading: read leveled books brought home in book bag for 20 minutes and record on reading log on yellow homework syllabus sheet
Homework is a review of skills and should take no longer than 20 minutes a night (plus reading). Please contact me if your child is struggling to complete homework in this allotted time.
**Sometimes, additional phonics or reading comprehension homework will be given as the year progresses.
